起:
這是第一個才聽三天就會想介紹的團
第一次聽到正是不久前的奧運季節，Nike的廣告歌曲
就是那個不斷重複唱著I got soul, but I'm not a soldier的那首
連廣告也用的很復古，然後在電影院又看，就開始接觸啦~



承:
The Killers不是Killers
玫瑰唱片都這樣騙人的，這兩個是不同的樂團..
雖然第一次聽到這樣的團名其實怕怕的
並不是怕被殺，而是叫這樣的團名感覺很鳥的樣子
因為就像是在台灣大家都喜歡把英文名子取叫JACK
或J字頭的感覺一樣
好像都很帥、很屌，結果都是孔慶祥...
或是像台灣片商把電影都取叫做
神鬼、終極、絕地之類的...
就像是布魯斯威利有一部電影終極人質...
我只覺得...
靠腰，人質也可以終極唷...

簡單介紹:
這是一個來自於拉斯維加斯的團體
05年推出第一張專輯HOT FUSS聲名大噪
然後得了霹靂啪拉一堆獎
值得注意的是
主唱
叫Brandom Flower!!姓Flower
以前是提行李的小弟



其他成員:Dave、Ronnie、Mark



就不多做介紹了
知識有很多...
第一張專輯被評為來自美國的最佳英國團體，
Elton John和U2也非常推崇這張專輯
首發單曲Mr. Brightside和Somebody Told Me都還很有地下樂團的味道
比較簡單、沒有太多的修飾
歌詞也很白話，就是痛批女友劈腿，和一些有關同性戀的東西
所以才引來Elton John嗎!?
但是雖說是第一張專輯，但是其中的All These Things That I've Done
也就是Nike廣告那首，實在太過驚為天人啦
好聽到爆炸，而且非常有搖滾聖歌的味道...
光是這一首同期的美國樂團就有幾萬個寫不出這樣的歌..
實在很難想像這樣的歌是第一張專輯的..


06年第二張Sam'Town山姆叔叔的小鎮
這張專輯更不得了了
幾乎整張都好聽
When You Were Young、Read My Mind、Uncle Jonny、Bones、This River Is Wild
是張復古味十足的超棒專輯
果然他們殺出了美國樂團的一片樂團的魔咒!!
我覺得第一張的時候她們還有些比較地下、年輕的氣息..
但是第二張專輯卻成穩很多了，詞曲上的創作也是..

隨後推出的B-Side專輯Sawdust
是我在家樂福看到特價299買的..
也是我的第一張B-Side專輯
17首歌
Sweet Talk復古、又帶有點迷幻的色彩
Who Let You Go、Under The Gun、The Ballad Of Michael Valentine
太多啦，想聽的自己去買吧
即使是B-Side專輯，還是好聽到爆炸!!!!

最後的感想..
自從小國二不董事的時候買了第一搖滾專輯
Linkin Park的美特拉後，天真的以為那就是世界上最好的專輯了...
越大後越聽其他的專輯，尤其是接觸到了英搖
才開始覺得美國音樂都是垃圾；嗯，這句話是Liam說的不是我...
只是覺得美國音樂太過商業，一堆樂團只有一張專輯或是根本只有一首歌好聽...
然後就人間蒸發了!!
不然就充斥著我最討厭的嘻哈味道...
不過最近的The Killers又讓我對美國有點信心了...
第一次找歌就找了18首
而且居然覺得全部都好聽，雖然有人批評Brandon的聲音太過平凡
但我倒是完全不這麼覺得..。
雖說The Killers也有些英搖味道，但是我又說不上來..
不過他有時後唱歌會讓我想到Muse的馬修..。
但是Killers卻是吉他玩的很酷炫，帶起了八零年代初期美國搖滾的感覺，復古味十足又有點鄉村..。
Brandon的聲音有時也相當的迷幻，聲音會像是透過老舊的收音機傳出來的感覺
更加復古，除了Caesars我又再次有這樣的感覺，總之呢，The Killers果然超殺，美國樂壇靠你了!!
